Dashboard Tour
The Drip CRM dashboard is your command center. It brings together everything you need to run your business in one view. This page will walk you through the key areas so you know exactly where to find things.
π Main Navigation (Left Sidebar)
The sidebar is your roadmap to Drip CRM. From here you can jump into:
Dashboard β quick snapshot of your leads, pipeline, and activity.
Conversations β unified inbox for SMS, WhatsApp, email, and social messages.
Opportunities (CRM) β manage deals and pipelines.
Calendars β schedule and track appointments.
Marketing Tools β Funnels, Websites, Forms, Surveys, and Campaigns.
Automations β Workflows, triggers, and campaigns.
Reporting β performance metrics and ROI dashboards.
Settings β account, users, integrations, and branding.
π Dashboard Overview
When you log in, the default dashboard gives you a quick health check of your business:
Pipeline Value β shows total potential revenue in your sales pipeline.
Lead Source Breakdown β where your leads are coming from (ads, referrals, organic).
Recent Activity β new leads, conversations, bookings.
Tasks & Appointments β whatβs scheduled today and what needs attention.
π Notifications
In the top right, youβll find your notifications:
New leads entering the system.
Missed calls or messages.
Appointments booked or canceled.
Tip: Enable email/SMS notifications for missed calls so you never lose a lead.
π€ User Menu
Click your profile icon (top right) to:
Switch between accounts (if you manage multiple businesses).
Update personal profile settings (password, photo).
Log out.
