The Campaigns module lets you send SMS, email, and voicemail campaigns at scale. Whether you want to broadcast a message to thousands or run a drip sequence over time, Drip CRM makes it simple.

📢 Types of Campaigns

SMS Campaigns

  • Send bulk text messages with personalization (e.g. Hi {{contact.first_name}}).

  • Schedule messages in advance or send instantly.

  • Track delivery rates and responses.

Email Campaigns

  • Create newsletters, promotions, or nurture sequences.

  • Drag-and-drop email builder with templates.

  • Use automations to drip emails over days or weeks.

Ringless Voicemail Drops

  • Leave a voicemail directly in the customer’s inbox without ringing their phone.

  • Useful for promotions, reminders, or announcements.

  1. Go to Marketing → Campaigns.

  2. Choose the channel (SMS, Email, Voicemail).

  3. Select your audience (entire list, tags, or Smart Lists).

  4. Write your message or use a template.

  5. Schedule or send immediately.

⚖️ Compliance

  • Always follow POPIA and anti-spam rules.

  • Only message contacts who have opted in.

  • Include unsubscribe options in email campaigns.

Tip: Use tags and Smart Lists to target campaigns more precisely. Better targeting = higher engagement and fewer complaints.
