The Billing & Accounts section helps you manage your subscription, payments, and user access in Drip CRM. This ensures your business runs smoothly without interruptions.


πŸ’³ Subscription Management

  • Go to Settings β†’ Billing.

  • View your current plan details (features, limits, and renewal date).

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

  • Cancel or pause if needed (access continues until the end of your billing cycle).


🧾 Invoices & Payments

  • All invoices are available under Billing β†’ Invoices.

  • Download invoices as PDFs for accounting or tax purposes.

  • Update payment methods (credit card, debit card, PayFast, or Stripe).

  • Set up auto-billing to avoid service disruptions.

  • Add or remove users under Settings β†’ Team Management.

  • Assign roles and permissions:

    • Admin – full access.

    • Manager – CRM, pipelines, reports, and campaigns.

    • User – limited to assigned contacts and conversations.

  • Deactivate users instead of deleting if you want to preserve their history.

  2. Assign them the User role (restricted to contacts assigned to them).
