Sales

The Sales function allows you to manually upload converted sales data for specific contacts within campaigns. These sales feed into other parts of the platform, such as the Financial Report and Dashboard, giving you accurate revenue and performance insights.


Viewing Sales

  • Click Sales in the left sidebar to access the sales page.

  • Here you can browse existing sales records, filter them, or upload new sales.


Searching

Use filters to narrow down your sales data:

  • From – The cell number of the contact that converted.

  • Campaign – The campaign the sale is attributed to.

  • Date Range – Select a timeframe to filter sales.


Uploading Sales

You can upload sales to Dripcel using a CSV file, where each row represents a sale.

Steps:

  1. Click the Upload button on the Sales page.

  2. Choose your CSV file.

  3. Map the CSV columns to Dripcel fields.

  4. Select the campaign to attribute the sales to.

  5. Confirm upload.

CSV Format

Valid column headings:

  • cell – The cell number of the contact who converted.

  • soldAt – The date (and optional time) the sale occurred.

  • saleValue (optional) – The sale amount. If omitted, the default sale value for the campaign will be used.

Deduplication Rules

To avoid duplicates, Dripcel checks the combination of:

  • cell

  • campaign

  • soldAt

  • saleValue

Only one sale can exist for a given contact, on a specific campaign, at a specific time, with the same value.
