Reports
The Reports section provides detailed insights into your organisation’s SMS activity — including sends, replies, clicks, demographics, and financials. Reports can be filtered, grouped, and exported for deeper analysis.
Clicks Report
The Clicks Report shows all link clicks on sends that contain a Dripcel tracking link.
Filters:
URL – Filter by redirect URL.
Cell – Search by the number that clicked the link.
Campaign – View clicks from a specific campaign.
Created At – Filter by date/time of the click.
Filter Bot Clicks – Include or exclude bot clicks.
Bot Score:
Each click is assigned a bot score (0–10) that indicates how likely it was triggered by a bot (10 = most likely). High bot scores are common, as security scanners and filters may “click” links. Only “real” clicks are counted towards recommendation scoring.
Actions:
View Send – See full details about the original send (campaign, delivery method, send type, cost, destinations, etc.).
Delete Click – Remove the click from the report.
Tip: Enable Track Unique Clicks when setting up your campaign so Dripcel can identify which contacts clicked a link. You can then dedupe against a campaign to resend to contacts who didn’t click.
Demographic Report
The Demographic Report breaks down performance by custom fields, helping you identify which attributes drive the best results.
Filters:
Grouping Field – Select the custom field to segment by (e.g., province, age, or income).
Campaign – Choose a campaign.
Last Sent – Filter by a date range of last SMS sent.
Note: This report samples up to 10,000 contacts due to its resource-intensive nature.
You can export results to CSV.
Replies Report
The Replies Report provides visibility into all replies received from contacts.
Data available:
Date/time of the reply.
Contact who sent it.
Reply message.
Associated campaign.
Reply type (Opt-in, Opt-out, or Unknown).
Filters:
From – Search by contact number.
Message – Search by reply text.
Campaign – Filter replies by campaign.
Type – Filter by reply type.
Received Date Range – Select a timeframe.
Hidden – Show or hide hidden replies.
Actions:
View Details – See reply type, date, campaign, and triggered hooks.
Rerun Hooks – Trigger the campaign’s hooks again.
Hide – Hide the reply from the main report.
Mark as Opt-In – Change status to opt-in.
Mark as Opt-Out – Change status to opt-out.
Delete Reply – Remove the reply entirely.
You can also bulk select replies to apply actions to multiple at once, or export to CSV.
👉 Use the Edit Custom Reply Words option to refine how replies are categorised.

Cancel a Recurring Send – Go to Actions > Cancel.
You can download both Sent and Unsent reports to CSV.
