Welcome to Dripcel MarTech — your platform for automated SMS and Email marketing, campaign compliance, and data-driven lead generation.
This Quick Start guide gives you a rapid overview of how to set up and send your first campaign.
1. Set Up Your Account
Log in to your Dripcel dashboard.
Complete your Organisation Profile and verify your company details.
Generate an API Key if you plan to integrate third-party suppliers.

2. Upload Your Contacts
Import your contact list using a CSV file with the correct format.
You can include custom fields and tags to segment audiences.

3. Create Your First Campaign
Go to Campaigns → New Campaign
Add your templates, targeting, and schedule.

4. Configure Automation
Under Campaign → Automation, schedule recurring sends or enable the Random Time feature to optimise send times automatically.

5. Monitor Performance
Track CPL / CPA, conversions, and engagement in real time.
Use dashboards to review results and identify best-performing content.

6. Handle Replies and Opt-Outs
View and manage inbound replies under Campaign → Replies.
Dripcel automatically processes “STOP” and other opt-out keywords.
Use the API or tags to sync opt-outs with third-party systems.
