Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you an overall summary of how your campaigns and categories are performing. You can drill down into specific campaigns or categories using the filters at the top of the page.
Metrics
Your dashboard provides real-time performance metrics for the selected date range:
Destinations – Number of SMS messages sent.
Leads – Number of leads generated.
Opt-outs – Number of recipients who unsubscribed.
Delivery cost – Total cost of message delivery.
Opt-in rate – Percentage of people who subscribed.
Opt-out rate – Percentage of people who unsubscribed.
Clicks – Number of recipients who clicked on a link in your SMS.
Click rate – Percentage of recipients who clicked on a link.
Delivery rate – Percentage of successfully delivered SMS messages.
Cost per lead (CPL) – Calculated as:
Total Delivery Cost ÷ LeadsRevenue – Revenue generated from SMS sends.
Profit – Total profit for the selected date range, calculated as:
Sales – Cost of Sales
Delivery Forecasting
Forecasting predicts how many sends you need to achieve a target number of opt-ins (and vice versa).
Dripcel calculates forecasts using your historical opt-in rate for the selected date range.
You can adjust inputs under Forecast, and the graph will automatically update to reflect your new parameters.

Dripcel continuously analyses campaign performance to identify the most effective:

Days of the week
Copy variations
From the dashboard, you’ll see which combinations deliver the highest opt-in rates and lead conversions. You can also identify which message copies are performing well and make adjustments directly.
Tip: Recommendations typically appear after sending 10,000 – 15,000 messages. This can vary depending on how you spread sends across times, days, and copy variations.
Applying Recommendations
The Recommendations Table allows you to:
Apply immediately – Click Apply to implement the suggestion instantly.
Review in campaign view – Open the campaign to preview the proposed changes before saving.
Once satisfied, you can save the campaign or click Apply directly from the recommendation panel.
