⚠️ Insufficient Balance

Message:
You do not have enough credits to send the SMS.

Cause:
Your organisation’s credit balance is too low to complete the send.

Fix:

  • Purchase additional credits under Billing, or

  • Reduce the number of contacts in your send.


🏢 Organisation Not Verified

Message:
Your organisation is not verified yet. Our team will be in touch soon.

Cause:
Your organisation is still under verification review.

Fix:
Contact Dripcel Support if verification is delayed or if you need to expedite the process.


🔒 Insufficient Permissions

Message:
You do not have the relevant permissions to perform the action.

Cause:
Your role or API key doesn’t have sufficient permissions for this action.

Fix:
Ask your Administrator to grant the required access or adjust your API key’s permissions.


🚫 Campaign Not Found

Message:
The campaign you are trying to access cannot be found.

Cause:
The campaign may have been deleted or renamed.

Fix:
Verify the campaign ID, or create a new campaign from Campaigns → New Campaign.


💤 Campaign Inactive

Message:
Please activate the campaign in the campaign settings.

Cause:
The campaign is currently inactive.

Fix:
Go to Campaign Settings and toggle Status → Active before sending.


👥 No Contacts Match Criteria

Message:
No contacts match the campaign's distribution criteria.

Cause:
Your tags, segments, or reachability window exclude all available contacts.

Fix:

  • Broaden your targeting filters.

  • Check your tag and segment setup.

  • Increase your reachable window.


📝 No Content Found

Message:
Please add content, or change the Selection method on the campaign.

Cause:
The campaign has no message copy or content to send.

Fix:

  • Add at least one SMS copy under Campaign → Content, or

  • Change your Selection Method to Best Performance, Random, First Content, or Least Sent.


🚨 Spam Detected

Message:
Spam was detected in your SMS content. Please contact support.

Cause:
Your message triggered a spam filter (either internal or carrier-side).

Fix:

  • Avoid restricted words (e.g., “loan approved”, “casino”, “adult content”).

  • Contact Dripcel Support for manual review.


🕒 No Best Time with Enough Sends

Message:
No best time with enough sends.

Cause:
Dripcel requires more send data to calculate your optimal delivery window.

Fix:
Use the Random Time feature to generate enough data for time-based optimization.


🕐 No Start/End Hours for Random Time

Message:
Please add a start and end time for random time.

Cause:
A random-time campaign was created without a valid time range.

Fix:
In Campaign → Automation, add both Start Hour and End Hour.
