4. How do I withdraw my earnings?
Once you start generating income through the marketplace, your funds appear in Settings → My Wallet. You can either withdraw the balance as cash (in Rands) or convert it into Dripcel credits to fund your own campaigns.
Step 1: Check your wallet balance
Your available balance is displayed at the top of the My Wallet tab, e.g.
Withdraw (R 2,560 available)
This amount reflects all approved earnings ready for withdrawal or conversion.
Step 2: Choose your payout option
You have two options:
Withdraw to bank account: Cash out directly to the account listed under your Profile settings.
Convert to Dripcel credits: Instantly convert funds to credits for use in your own campaigns.
Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw or convert, then click the corresponding button.
Bank withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours.
Tip: Converting funds to Dripcel credits is instant and has no processing fee.
This option is ideal if you plan to reinvest earnings into new campaigns or test additional offers.
Step 3: Track your withdrawal or credit transfer
After initiating a transaction, you’ll see it listed in the Transaction Table below your wallet. Each row includes:

Explanation of statuses:
Pending: Your withdrawal request has been received and is being processed. Funds will typically reach your bank within 72 business hours.
Completed: The withdrawal or transfer has been successfully processed.
Processing Fee: A small fee applies for cash withdrawals (not for internal transfers).
You can track all transactions here, including completed and pending payments, for full transparency.
