3. How do I track performance, including my earnings and ROI?
Tracking your Campaign Exchange performance is simple - every Marketplace offer runs as a standard campaign within Dripcel. That means you can view and analyze it just like your own internal campaigns, using the same dashboards and reports.
Step 1: View your campaigns
Go to Campaigns → Campaigns V2.
Here you’ll find all your active and paused campaigns in one list. Marketplace campaigns appear alongside your internal ones — the Campaign Source column shows the difference:
Marketplace = campaigns running through Campaign Exchange
Internal = your own campaigns
This makes it easy to track Marketplace and in-house performance side-by-side.
Step 2: Open detailed performance stats
Click any campaign name to see its real-time stats, including:
Impressions & Sends: Total SMS or Emails delivered
Clicks & Leads: Unique customer interactions captured
Conversion Rate: Leads-to-sales ratio
Earnings: Total income, per campaign and per channel
ROI: Automatically calculated from your traffic and payout type
All metrics update live, helping you see what’s performing and where to optimize.
Step 3: Compare Marketplace vs. Internal results
If you want to analyze results across different campaign types, head to Reports or SMS → Sends / Replies.
You can now filter by “Marketplace” or “Not Marketplace” (see screenshots) to instantly separate Campaign Exchange results from your internal performance data.
This allows you to:
Measure ROI per source
Identify top-performing Marketplace offers
Track lead quality and engagement across both channels
Step 4: Smart automation
If your conversion rate drops below the buyer’s required threshold, Dripcel automatically pauses that campaign and alerts you via notifications — protecting your performance and reputation.
Tip: You don’t need any special setup to track Campaign Exchange performance. Every offer you activate appears and behaves like a regular campaign — complete visibility, zero extra effort.
